Our Story

A Timeline of Growth and Innovation

2000

2006

Founded in Kunshan, China, Cosmo as a family business by Allen He’s father.

2007

Launched the first Polyolefin Shrink Film line. Allen joined at 17.

2009

The board decided to independently develop the 2nd and 3rd production lines.

2010

Allen became General Manager, starting international expansion.

2012

Invested in Cross-linked Film equipment and hired foreign experts to assist in R&D.

2014

Cross-linked Film mass-produced, entering overseas markets.

2017

With new investors on board, Cosmo New Materials (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was established. Building a 22,000 m² factory with 2 W&H 55-layer Nano Stretch Film lines.

2018

Became China’s first 55-layer Nano Stretch Film producer.

2019

The 2nd and 3rd Cross-linked Film production lines were commissioned, exporting to over 10 countries.

2020

2022

Cosmo New Materials (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. officially became operational.

2023

Added HB Stretch Film lines and Unitech Pre-stretch rewinders.

2024

Equity disputes led to bankruptcy filing.

2025

Merged with Jiaxing Pengxiang to create high-quality, branded products.

Established United-Grand Europe d.o.o. in Croatia.
